As you are most likely aware of, the benefit program is financed entirely by Employer contributions. Employees are not required to make any payment toward the cost of the Plan.

The Board of Trustees of the Cement And Concrete Workers Fund are proud to provide this benefit package to you and your family

You will find in this booklet a description of the benefits to which you and your family are entitled, the Plan eligibility rules and regulations, the procedures you should follow in order to obtain benefits provided by the Plan and information provided to you in accordance with new regulations. CLAIMS FOR BENEFITS
In order to receive benefits, you will need to submit an application for benefits to the Administrator. You will receive a written response within 90 days (or, under certain circumstances, 180 days).
